Police shut down 3 lanes of traffic, thankfully going the other way, in order to go jogging (I think they were recruits).

Things seen on the way home
So I have about an hour long commute home since I drive through the city (Baltimore) to avoid the tolls. I tend to see a lot of interesting (most of the time illegal) things. I am going to start posting about them. I think the best one to start with was the woman I saw in my rear view mirror at a stop light who really needed her insulin shot. From the look on her face it was VERY good insulin.
